Cameron mitchell restaurants

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is committed to fostering the next generation of restaurateurs and is a proud partner of Columbus State Community College, pledging $3.5 Million for the new Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts building.

The much-anticipated project, which opened in September 2019, further elevates Columbus’ growing reputation as a culinary and hospitality center.

The state-of-the-art facility features 11 teaching kitchens and labs, as well as a full-service restaurant for students to practice their culinary skills.

The building also boasts a bakery, culinary theater and more.

Mitchell Hall doubles the school’s enrollment capacity to 1,500 culinary students, allowing even more budding chefs and restaurateurs to pursue their dreams. Mitchell Hall, in additional to other company initiatives such as Budd Dairy Food Hall, are providing rising stars in the hospitality industry with the tools needed to succeed.
